With the Rescue course, you will learn to be a safer and more aware diver, capable of preventing and resolving problems both on the surface and underwater. You will learn rescue techniques through fun scenarios with course companions taking turns as victims and rescuers.

To obtain the Rescue Diver certification, you must have a first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification renewed within two years, have completed at least 50 dives, and be a proficient swimmer.

During the rescue scenarios, you will put into practice the acquired knowledge, covering topics such as:

• Self-rescue techniques
• Recognizing and managing stress in divers
• Emergency management
• Assisting a panicked diver
• Assisting an unconscious diver
